Live! Casino & Hotel Maryland is seeking graduates for its Management Development Program. You will rotate through casino operations, marketing, hotel operations, and more while being mentored to become a future leader in the organization.

You will gain hands-on experience across departments, learn leadership skills, and develop a strong foundation in operational excellence and guest experience in a premier gaming and entertainment destination.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in hospitality, casino management, gaming operations, business or related field.
• Flexible schedule including weekends and holidays.
• Open to relocation based on future opportunities.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a valid gaming license.

Responsibilities

• Complete all phases of the Management Development Program to be considered for leadership opportunities.
• Participate in rotational assignments across casino and supporting operations.
• Gain knowledge of casino operations, gaming procedures, regulatory compliance, and guest standards.
• Complete the Live! Leadership Development Curriculum with departmental rotations.
• Develop understanding of key business metrics and revenue initiatives.
• Demonstrate adaptability and professionalism in a fast-paced, guest-focused environment.
• Build strong working relationships with team members and leaders across operations.
• Support initiatives that enhance guest satisfaction and operational efficiency.
