We are now looking for an experienced Risk & Compliance Manager to join our Group Compliance & Risk team, supporting our operations across Scandinavia.

You will be part of a small, senior, and international team with deep expertise across risk and compliance. Working from Norway and Sweden, the team operates as a group-level, cross-border function - with a collaborative, hands-on culture and a clear voice in securing regulatory compliance and sound risk management.

As Risk & Compliance Manager, you'll shape and evolve Formue’s group-wide risk management framework and contribute directly to cross-border decision-making, regulatory integrity, and organizational innovation.

What You Will Do

• Lead and develop the risk framework across all areas of Formue
• Drive consistent and insightful risk reporting using Synergi (DNV)
• Collaborate with business leaders to identify and manage operational risks
• Facilitate cross-functional and cross-border risk coordination
• Contribute to board-level risk governance discussions
• Participate in regulatory compliance efforts and key strategic projects
• Support the digitalisation of the Compliance & Risk function
  
  

What You Bring

Knowledge & Experience

• Minimum 3 years of experience in risk management. Work experience in finance, regulated industries, audit/internal audit or consulting
• Solid educational background in finance, business, auditing or related fields
• Understanding of business processes and risk management tools
• Experience with regulatory compliance and reporting frameworks
• Fluency in a Scandinavian language (Norwegian, Swedish, or Danish) and English
