Job summary

Strise is a scale-up delivering AI-powered fraud and financial crime protection for financial institutions. The Chief Commercial Officer will scale the entire revenue engine, own ARR growth, and lead a multi-country sales team across Norway and the UK from our Oslo base.

You’ll run pipeline reviews, shape pricing and GTM strategy, and stay close to customers with regular travel. This role demands a hands-on leader who thrives in fast-moving, regulated environments and embraces AI-driven tools.

Qualifications

• Experience selling into regulated industries (banking, fintech, insurance, payments) is a strong plus.
• Hands-on in deals and comfortable carrying a quota.
• Strong ability to shape GTM strategy and pricing.

Responsibilities

• Own ARR growth, pipeline coverage, and forecast accuracy.
• Lead a commercial team of 7 across Norway and the UK.
• Run disciplined pipeline reviews and MEDDPICC or similar qualification.
• Be hands-on in deals and actively shape strategy with the team.
• Refine ICP, segmentation, pricing, and GTM strategy.
• Travel regularly to customers across the Nordics and the UK.
