Job summary

Blue Tomato GmbH in Trondheim is seeking a sales associate to create a customer-centric shop floor experience and deliver excellent service. You will ensure brand-aligned visual merchandising and smooth product handling while guiding a team and supporting training initiatives.

The role requires 2+ years in streetwear/sports retail, strong sales aptitude, and fluency in Norwegian and English. It offers a 30-hour work week in a welcoming retail environment with development opportunities.

Qualifications

• Completed commercial training and/or equivalent experience in retail.
• Strong sales orientation with the ability to identify customer needs and respond accordingly.
• Excellent command of local language and English, both written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Create a customer-centric atmosphere on the shop floor with your team.
• Ensure visual merchandising aligned with brand presentation.
• Handle product placement and maintain organized, welcoming sales floor.
• Guide and motivate employees in day-to-day operations.
• Support internal trainings and contribute to operational processes.
