Job summary

Eaton Corporation seeks a Technical Specialist to handle technical and project inquiries for EX power distribution systems in the Nordics, focusing on Norway offshore markets. You will support customers and sales, enter orders in SAP, and coordinate deliveries with CEAG factories.

This fully remote role based in Norway offers flexible hours and opportunities to work with CEAG and GEIS technologies in hazardous environments. English and Norwegian required, with 5 years’ experience.

Qualifications

• Certificate in Electrical engineering or comparable Electrical education.
• 5 years of relevant work experience in the field.

Responsibilities

• Specifying and quoting offers for EX distribution panels.
• Ensure enquiries, quotations and orders follow internal processes and policies.
• Provide technical support to hazardous area electrical sector for control and distribution products.
• Support Field Sales with identifying opportunities via Case Management.
• Collaborate with technical, quality and operations to resolve issues and deliver solutions on time.
• Maintain communication with customers about technologies and product releases.
• Update SAP Master data and ensure orders reflect customer requirements.
• Identify methods to improve departmental cycle and output quality.
• Support other GEIS departments as needed.
