Job summary

Jobgether SRL is seeking a Technical Project Manager (BUSY Bar) based in Norway to organize and drive delivery of a smart productivity hardware product. You will coordinate across product, engineering, design, and operations, and own planning, roadmaps and decisions to ensure timely releases.

You will lead sprint planning, translate requirements into actionable tasks, manage dependencies and risks, and maintain accurate documentation.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience as a Technical Project Manager or similar in a tech product company.
• Experience working directly within a product or engineering organization.
• Hands-on experience running Agile/Scrum processes and sprint execution.
• Ability to own projects from scoping through release.
• Strong ability to write requirements, user scenarios, acceptance criteria, and tasks.
• Experience coordinating multiple workstreams and external stakeholders.
• Experience with vendors, contractors, or operational teams.
• Solid understanding of the software development lifecycle; hardware/embedded knowledge is a plus.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, capable of leading meetings.
• Upper-Intermediate English or above for international collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Organize sprint work, including planning, task breakdown, prioritization, and progress tracking.
• Translate requirements and decisions into clear, actionable tasks for engineering and design.
• Track deadlines, dependencies, blockers, risks, and agreements across participants.
• Maintain backlogs, roadmaps, project documentation, and task statuses.
• Document product and technical decisions, meeting outcomes, and next steps.
• Coordinate delivery across product, engineering, design, and operations.
• Run regular team syncs and ensure decisions are translated into execution.
• Assess impact of changes in requirements on scope and delivery.
• Coordinate with vendors, contractors, legal, finance, and other external stakeholders.
• Proactively identify delivery risks and escalate issues.
