The candidate will develop profitable client relationships, negotiate contracts, and coordinate with internal teams to activate solutions, while maintaining a strong ethical standard and a customer-first approach.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years sales experience in the card payments industry.
• Fluency in written and spoken business Norwegian & English.
• Knowledge of CRM/IT systems e.g. Salesforce, MS 365, Seismic, Co-Pilot.
• Know-how and network in the B2B payments sector.
• Completed university studies or equivalent qualifications.

Responsibilities

• Develops profitable new business account relationships with mid-market merchants.
• Builds relationships with partners to acquire new clients in the Nordics.
• Acts as main point of contact between clients and internal teams.
• Translates customer needs into end-to-end sales strategy from contract to activation.
