Jobgether is listing an IT Operations & Cybersecurity Specialist based in Norway, working remotely with a distributed technology team. You will manage day-to-day IT administration, support users, and maintain secure environments for multiple clients using Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace, MDM tools, and automation.

The role includes weekly maintenance, incident‑response documentation, and ~20% time on security initiatives like CVE research and ISO 27001 checklists.

Competenze

• At least two years of hands-on IT operations or related roles.
• Experience administering Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace.
• Familiarity with MDM platforms (Intune, Jamf) and device enrolment.
• Scripting in PowerShell, Bash or Python for automation.
• Strong English communication; German is a plus.

Mansioni

• Provision and manage user accounts, permissions, and licenses in Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace.
• Onboard Windows and macOS devices into MDM and coordinate remote handovers.
• Handle first-line IT support and escalate complex incidents as needed.
• Conduct weekly maintenance checks on patches, backups, and security alerts.
• Document fixes, SOPs, and runbooks to improve operations.
• Dedicate ~20% of time to cybersecurity initiatives and incident-response playbooks.
• Identify opportunities to streamline IT workflows and security practices.
