Job summary

glueckkanja is hiring a Sales Executive - New Business to drive the full sales cycle in Norway, identifying IT decision-makers and converting cold contacts into warm conversations. You will own the process from first contact to closing, then coordinate with technical and account teams for a strong customer start.

You should bring experience in B2B outbound IT services, a deep knowledge of Microsoft ecosystem, and fluency in Norwegian with English at C1 for internal collaboration.

Qualifications

• Experience in B2B outbound sales in IT services, cloud, or cybersecurity.
• Ability to engage senior IT buyers (CIO, CISO, CTO) and manage complex sales cycles.
• Solid knowledge of the Microsoft ecosystem (M365, Azure, Security).

Responsibilities

• Own the full new business cycle from first contact to closed deal.
• Identify, reach, and qualify IT decision-makers in Norway.
• Run structured outbound campaigns via social, email, and phone to generate opportunities.
• Collaborate with technical and Account Management teams for smooth handover after winning a customer.
• Attend relevant IT events and build relationships with the local Microsoft organization.
