Job summary

Leedflow is seeking an AI Engineer to join our early-stage team. This backend-heavy role focuses on building AI-powered features, enrichment pipelines, lead scoring, LLM-driven workflows, and intelligent agents, shipping fast in a chaotic environment.

You will work with large datasets to improve data quality and accuracy, integrate and fine-tune LLMs for real-world B2B use cases, and collaborate with backend and product to ship AI features iteratively.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience building and deploying AI/ML systems in production.
• Strong Python skills and experience with LLMs, embeddings, and AI frameworks.
• Experience with data pipelines, ETL, or large-scale data processing.
• Curiosity-driven mindset, you experiment, iterate, and learn fast.
• Comfortable in fast-paced, early-stage environments with minimal structure.

Responsibilities

• Design and build AI-powered features, enrichment pipelines, lead scoring, LLM-driven workflows, and intelligent agents
• Work with large datasets to improve data quality, coverage, and accuracy at scale
• Integrate and fine-tune LLMs for real-world B2B use cases
• Collaborate closely with backend and product to ship AI features fast and iteratively
• Help define how AI fits into the Leedflow product, this is a blank canvas role
• Contribute to data pipelines, vector search, and retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) workflows
