Job summary

Tenth Revolution Group in Oslo is seeking an AI/Harness Engineer to architect tools for the team and deliver scalable AI services. You will own Harness Engineering while building Generative AI applications and setting technical standards.

The role focuses on production-grade Python development, integration of LangChain-based workflows, RAG, embeddings, and scalable APIs. You will collaborate across teams, adopt best practices, and drive AI governance.

Qualifications

• 5+ years' commercial Python experience.
• Hands-on experience building GenAI/LLM applications.
• Knowledge of LangChain, LangGraph, LlamaIndex, or similar.
• Strong understanding of RAG, embeddings, vector search, and prompt engineering.
• Experience with APIs, cloud technologies, Docker, Git, and CI/CD.

AI/Harness Engineer - Oslo

This is an exiting opportunity to work for a globally recognised company. This role provides an opportunity to architect tools for the whole team to enhance efficiency providing AI solutions quickly, safely and at scale. You will own the Harness Engineering whilst being hands on building and orchestrating Generative AI services, LLM applications and setting technical standards as you go.
