Outlier is seeking an OpenClaw Agent Builder to help shape the future of autonomous agents. This is a freelance, remote role with pay up to $50 USD per hour and weekly payments.

As part of our team, you will design, test, and optimize agent workflows, focusing on data parsing, logic processing, and reporting across live environments.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years in backend engineering or AI automation and can work independently with strong attention to detail and clear technical feedback.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in backend engineering, AI automation, or complex systems integration.
• Proven ability to build and maintain production-grade software with modular separation (e.g., distinct services for data parsing, logic processing, and reporting).
• Practical experience building for live, non-mocked environments and handling multi-turn system interactions.
• Outstanding attention to detail and the ability to provide clear, high-density technical feedback on complex system behaviors.
• Nice to have: multi-stage coordination tasks with live tools integration.
