You'll collaborate on building and evaluating multi-step agent workflows, write evaluation rubrics, debug traces, and stress-test agents in live environments, contributing to real-world AI projects across global teams.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of backend engineering, AI automation, or systems integration.
• Experience building production-grade software with modular services.
• Experience in live, non-mocked environments and multi-turn interactions.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to provide technical feedback on complex system behaviors.
• Nice to have: multi-stage coordination tasks and memory/session tracking.
