Outlier is seeking an OpenClaw Agent Builder to shape autonomous agents for real-world workflows. This freelance, remote role offers compensation up to $50 USD/hr and flexible scheduling.

You will collaborate with top AI teams to design, test, and optimize multi-step agent architectures across data parsing, logic processing, and reporting. The ideal candidate has 2+ years in backend/AI automation or complex systems, with a track record of production-grade software and live-environment

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in backend engineering, AI automation, or complex systems integration.
• Proven ability to build and maintain production-grade software with modular separation.
• Experience building for live, non-mocked environments and handling multi-turn system interactions.
• Outstanding attention to detail and the ability to provide clear, high-density technical feedback on complex system behaviors.
• Nice to have experience building multi-stage coordination tasks and API integrations.
