Job summary

CoreWeave Europe is seeking a skilled Data Center Area Manager to oversee regional data center operations, lead a team, and ensure efficient builds with strict security and reliability. You will coordinate staff, plan deployments, and maintain infrastructure across power, cooling, networking, and security systems.

The ideal candidate has 5–7 years in data center ops, strong leadership, and project management skills, plus exposure to cloud and virtualization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in CS/IT or related field preferred.
• 5–7 years data center operations experience.
• 1–2 years in staff management within a data center.
• Solid understanding of DC infrastructure and security.
• Familiarity with industry standards and best practices.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of data center leads.
• Manage staff schedules, assignments and performance.
• Conduct regular performance evaluations and training.
• Oversee operation and maintenance of DC infrastructure.
• Plan and execute data center builds and expansions.
• Ensure projects meet quality and budget targets.
• Perform safety inspections and risk assessments.
• Monitor health of data center facilities and address issues.
