Job summary

Fairown is hiring a Recommerce Specialist in Geilo to perform technical and cosmetic inspection of returned products and prepare them for resale. You will handle sales in the Norwegian market, interact with B2B and B2C customers, and participate in shipping items.

No prior experience required; full training provided. Strong English is mandatory, Norwegian is a plus. You’ll work independently in a hands-on, fast-moving tech refurbishment environment.

Qualifications

• Very good English skills are necessary. Norwegian is a plus, but not a requirement.
• Independent and structured way of working with a good sense of responsibility.
• Willingness to be thorough and detail-oriented.
• No prior experience required; thorough training will be provided.

Responsibilities

• Technical and cosmetic inspection of returned products including gaming PCs, TVs, monitors, phones, tablets, robot vacuums, and headphones.
• Assessment of technical condition using diagnostic software.
• Assessment of cosmetic condition according to established standards.
• Technical cleaning and preparation of products for sale.
• Determining purchase prices using existing examples and databases.
• Sales of products in the Norwegian market (B2B and B2C).
• Customer contact (B2B and B2C) and handling shipments to customers.
