We are looking for someone who is highly organised, proactive and able to remain calm and professional when managing a busy workload. You will ideally have at least one year's experience within a private medical practice. However, we would also be interested in hearing from candidates with at least one year's experience in a high-end customer service or hospitality environment where delivering an exceptional customer experience has been central to the role. • A proactive and self-motivated approach
  • Excellent personal presentation
  • A willingness to learn about the clinic and the services and treatments we offer
  • Flexibility and a positive attitude towards change and development
What we're looking for

The successful candidate will understand that reception is about much more than answering phones and booking appointments. You will be an important part of the patient experience, ensuring every patient receives a professional, efficient and personalised service. You will be comfortable dealing with a variety of enquiries and situations, able to think on your feet and confident in managing challenges as they arise. You will also be able to communicate calmly and compassionately with patients and colleagues, even during busy or high-pressure periods.
