  • Support analytical method development and QC testing (radio-HPLC, iTLC, gamma spectroscopy, stability studies).
  • Contribute to CMC documentation (protocols, batch records, reports, validation activities).
  • Assist with process optimization to improve yield, purity, and specific activity.
  • Collaborate across functions (Discovery, CMC, TechOps) to support program deliverables.
  • Maintain accurate records and adhere to all radiation safety and laboratory procedures.
Qualifications & Education
  • PhD, MSc (or BSc with relevant lab experience) in Radiochemistry, Chemistry, Pharmaceutical Sciences, or related discipline.
  • Some hands-on experience with radiochemistry or radiolabelling (academic or industry).
  • Experience with automated radiosynthesis is an advantage.
  • Hands-on isotopes production and separation is a plus.
  • Familiarity with QC/analytical methods (HPLC, iTLC, spectroscopy).
  • Knowledge of CMC principles and regulatory requirements is an advantage.
  • Practical experience with bioconjugates / chelator chemistry is a plus.
  • Strong documentation and organizational skills.
Personal Attributes
  • Proactive, detail-oriented, and eager to learn.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced biotech environment.
  • Team player who thrives on collaboration and flexibility.
  • Commitment to safety and continuous improvement.
What We Offer
  • A unique chance to contribute to first-in-class cancer therapies.
  • Exposure to both radiochemistry and CMC development in a dynamic biotech setting.
  • Hands-on training and professional development opportunities.
  • An international, collaborative, and supportive work culture.
