Job summary

Zenitel is seeking a Project Engineer to design, implement, and support radio and critical communication systems for maritime and energy sectors. You will join a highly skilled technical team delivering mission-critical solutions worldwide from our Oslo office.

You will contribute to project execution, testing, and documentation, while collaborating with Sales, PM, and Product Development to ensure customer success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor-level degree in electronics, telecommunications, automation, or a related field.
• Experience with radio systems or critical comms is an advantage.
• Good understanding of networks and IP-based solutions.
• Strong written and spoken communication in English and Norwegian.

Responsibilities

• Design and configure UHF, TETRA, and DMR radio systems for critical communication.
• Participate in project execution from quotation to completion.
• Provide technical support to customers, partners, and internal teams.
• Perform system testing, troubleshooting, and document results.
• Collaborate with Sales, Project Management, and Product Development.
• Participate in onshore and offshore installation and commissioning.
