Øglænd System AS in Klepp is seeking an experienced Quality Lead to head the Quality function at our headquarters and main production plant. You will maintain and continuously improve the Quality Management System, ensuring products, processes and operations meet customer, regulatory and certification requirements.
You will lead the local Quality team, collaborate with Production, Engineering, suppliers and customers, and drive continuous improvement through data-driven decisions and structured
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Management or relevant field.
- Hands-on quality and leadership experience within manufacturing.
- Strong knowledge of ISO 9001, EN 1090 and Factory Production Control.
Responsabilités
- Lead and develop the local Quality team.
- Maintain and continuously improve the Quality Management System.
- Ensure conformity with ISO 9001 and EN 1090.
- Coordinate internal, certification and customer audits.
- Drive continuous improvement based on quality data and KPIs.
- Lead handling and resolution of quality issues with customers and suppliers.
- Ensure quality controls from materials to final release.
