Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of high-level quality experience, 5+ years preferred.
• Experience with ISO 9001:2015 and API Q1.
• Demonstrated leadership in quality improvement initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Implement and manage QA requirements in technical projects.
• Plan and conduct project audits, manage non-conformances.
• Establish Project Quality Plans and Inspection test plans (ITPs).

Job description

We are strengthening our Quality team with a new colleague who will play a vital role in driving process improvements, ensuring quality compliance, and supporting continuous improvement across our organization.

You will collaborate with engineers, auditors, and external customers, manage non-conformities, and help develop and maintain our Quality Management System. With your attention to detail, process-oriented mindset, and ability to work cross-functionally, you will be essential in maintaining and enhancing our reputation for quality.

Our team is passionate about fostering a culture of continuous improvement and shared success. As Project Quality Engineer, you'll contribute to quality projects of high importance and help shape the way we work across functions and locations.

Main responsibilities and tasks:

• Implement and manage QA Requirements in a technical equipment design and delivery Project
• Review Customer and Contractual QA Requirements, and apply within Quality Plans
• Manage and take ownership of QA requirements in Project Execution
• Plan, schedule, and conduct project audits and support customer or authority audits
• Process customer and internal non-conformances and ensure timely root cause analysis
• Establish Project Quality Plan and Project Inspection and test plans (ITPs) within an equipment delivery project
• Able to work as the technical quality point-of-contact for all quality-related issues with the customers

Desired Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a technical discipline. Additional QA certifications or training is desirable
• Experience: Minimum 3 years of high-level quality experience (5+ years preferred)
• Skills and Knowledge: Proficiency in MS Office and QMS tools Qualified Lead Auditor with knowledge of ISO 9001:2015 and API Q1 Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal Demonstrated ability to lead and influence quality improvement initiatives
