  • Evaluate and mitigate HSE and environmental risks.
  • Maintain close communication with customers and stakeholders to ensure feedback and satisfaction.
  • Manage project finances and reporting (internal and external).
  • Ensure compliance with contract terms and conditions.
  • Manage changes, risks, and opportunities.
  • Travel to yards and factories (primarily in Europe) for meetings, Safety Observation Tours, and Factory Acceptance Tests.
Your Background
  • A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering or Automation.
  • Experience within marine systems or similar as an engineer.
  • Previous experience as a Project Manager—or a strong desire to take on this challenge.
  • Strong communication skills in English; Norwegian language skills are a plus.
  • Cultural awareness and mutual respect. We work in a diverse, international environment with colleagues and customers from all over the world.

  • A strong team player with leadership capabilities and technical interest.
  • Motivated and able to lead teams effectively, managing both tasks and people.
  • Proactive, self-driven, and result oriented.
  • Structured, accurate, and able to handle multiple priorities under pressure.
  • Business-minded with a keen eye for improvement opportunities.
What We Offer
  • Meaningful work in a forward-thinking and sustainable industry.
  • Technical and personal development opportunities, including ABB’s Project Manager Training & Certification Program.
  • A flexible hybrid work model that supports work-life balance.
  • A supportive and knowledgeable team eager to share their expertise.
