Job summary

Keller Geoteknikk seeks a proactive leader to plan, manage and execute major geotechnical projects across Norway. You will oversee project finances, contracts, HSE and quality while staying hands-on with operations at project sites.

The role requires experience with geotechnical operations, strong client and subcontractor liaison skills, and a commercial mindset. Travel across Norway and participation in tender processes are expected, with exciting growth opportunities in a solid international

Qualifications

• Relevant higher education, preferably an engineering degree in geotechnics.
• Experience in geotechnical operations and practical project execution.
• Experience managing large-scale projects.
• Strong understanding of finance and contracts.
• Solid understanding of HSE and quality management.
• Proficiency in Norwegian and English.

We are looking for someone who can not only plan and manage projects but also understands how geotechnical work is actually carried out on-site. If you have experience with a geotechnical contractor, know the production process from the inside, and possess a hands‑on, solution‑oriented approach, we would like to hear from you.

Responsibilities
