Job description

At Oda, we develop affordable grocery services to make the logistics of living surprisingly easy. First, we built Norway’s leading online grocery store and now, partnered with Mathem in Sweden, we’re on our way to becoming the world’s most effective retail system, delivering to thousands of Scandinavian doorsteps every week.

As part of our team, you’ll work with smart, passionate colleagues who bring their whole selves to work every day. It’s a fast-moving, collaborative environment where everyone is welcome and everyone’s opinion matters. Whether you're shaping the future of online retail, tackling complex logistical problems, or making everyday life better for our customers, your work will have a real impact. Read on to find out what part you could play in our story.

We’re looking for a Project Manager to join the Creative & Content team at Oda!

We’re seeking a temporary Project Manager, Creative & Content to join our Growth & Marketing team while covering parental leave. In this role, you’ll be the driving force behind all creative production execution in Norway and Sweden – the key connector who turns ideas into action, and action into growth.

You’ll lead creative production projects from start to finish, explore new growth opportunities, and help shape our marketing and brand plans. In other words, you’ll play a vital role in elevating Growth Norway and strengthening our results in the Norwegian and Swedish markets.

This is a temporary position running from November 2025 to January 31, 2027, reporting directly to the Head of Creative.

What you’ll be doing as Project Manager
  • Drive end-to-end delivery of creative and marketing projects in both Oda and Mathem – from initial concept to final execution – ensuring every detail is on point.
  • Keep timelines, budgets, and quality in check while managing multiple projects efficiently.
  • Partner with internal creative teams and external agencies to bring ideas to life and deliver impactful campaigns.
  • Champion smooth workflows using tools like Asana, Trello, or Microsoft Project, and optimize CRM platform usage.
  • Communicate clearly, influence stakeholders, and build strong cross-functional relationships.
To thrive in this role

We believe you’re a natural project leader – comfortable managing complex initiatives and attentive to details. You excel at bringing order to moving parts, ensuring projects are delivered on time, on budget, and to a high standard. You’re a confident communicator who builds trust and keeps everyone aligned from start to finish.

What you’ll need to succeed
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Project Management, or a related field
  • 3+ years’ experience managing projects in creative, marketing, or advertising environments.
  • Proven ability to take marketing and creative projects from concept to execution.
  • Solid understanding of marketing, branding, and content development processes.
  • Experience collaborating with internal creative teams and external partners, including agencies.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage diverse stakeholders.
  • Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., Asana, Trello, Microsoft Project) and familiarity with CRM platforms.
  • Fluency in Norwegian and English.
What would be nice to have
  • Experience or familiarity with the retail or grocery industry is a plus.
What we offer
  • Opportunity to make a real impact as a Project Manager in a fast-moving, innovative company.
  • Teammates who aim high and support each other.
  • A flat organizational structure encouraging cross-disciplinary collaboration.
  • Transparent communication via Slack, with fewer meetings and more productivity.
  • A vibrant office at Tøyen, with meals prepared by our own chefs.
  • Engagement in exciting tech and product challenges.
  • The chance to shape the future of grocery shopping and build a lasting company.
A few final words

At Oda, you’ll join a passionate, ambitious team working to revolutionize grocery shopping. We value diversity and inclusivity and support all applicants through the process. If you need adjustments or support, let us know. We look forward to hearing from you!
