The markets we operate in are experiencing significant growth, and this trend is set to continue over the next decades. EIDEL has a rapidly growing portfolio of assignments and is looking for aProject Managerto join our team and help realize our goals.

About the role

As a Project Manager at EIDEL, you will lead high-tech development projects. Most of our projects run over several years and place high demands on the project organization's competence and management skills. Therefore, it is crucial that you are patient by nature, yet agile enough to adapt quickly when the project or organization requires it.

As a project manager you will follow the project from completed sales to the final product being delivered and accepted by the end customer. You will experience a high degree of freedom with responsibility, which we believe fosters great creativity.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage assigned projects from handover to completion with the customer according to internal processes.
  • Lead and support the project team.
  • Develop and maintain project plans, ensuring that the project delivers according to the contract.
  • Initiate and prepare any change requests.
  • Follow up and report to the customer.
  • Collaborate with partners.
  • Monitor the budget and progress of the assigned project and report to the CTO and CEO.
  • Establish and update risk assessments according to the QA system.
  • Prepare project status reports for both internal and external use.

Desired background:

  • Technical bachelor's or master's degree.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience as a project manager, preferably in a technical/production company or in development projects. Experience in leading larger projects is an advantage.
  • Familiarity with project management methods and principles like PRINCE2 or similar is an advantage.
  • Experience from the space/defense sector is an advantage, but not a requirement.
  • Proficiency in Norwegian and English, both written and spoken.
  • Must be able to obtain security clearance up to SECRET / NATO SECRET.
