The Opportunity

We are currently seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Project Lead Engineer. You will lead the technical work toward several of our customers in Norway and play an important role in project delivery.

How You\'ll Make An Impact
  • Lead technical work to ensure adherence to quality, timelines, financial targets per contract specifications and safety requirements.
  • Focus on power and control system deliveries to customers in Norway, including grid companies, industries, and the transport sector.
  • Lead and coordinate a diverse team spanning various engineering disciplines internally and externally.
  • Operate at the intersection of sales and project execution, maintaining extensive customer contact in both areas.
  • Collaborate closely with the project manager to align on objectives and deliverables.
  • Engage with high-voltage installations (>36 kV), transformers, protection & control systems, and auxiliary power supplies.
  • Develop ideas and continuously improve our technical solutions.
Your background
  • Relevant experience within electrical field, or experience with power distribution.
  • Experience in leading a technical team is desirable.
  • Good understanding of interfaces between different HV devices, protection and control systems, and different professional disciplines (electromechanical engineers, electrical engineers, system engineers and commissioning).
  • Understand how to achieve success aligned with the company’s values, quality focus, HSE initiatives, and financial goals.
  • Demonstrate strong collaboration skills with colleagues, customers, and partners.
  • Show initiative and maintain a high degree of independence in your work.
  • Fluent communication skills in English, with knowledge of at least one Scandinavian language desirable.
