Job summary

Omega 365 Consulting seeks a Project Engineer to support one or more ongoing projects in Norway, with offices in Stavanger or Oslo. The role reports to the Project Manager and involves standardizing documentation, setting up PIMS, and defining design bases for multi-disciplinary projects.

Ideal candidates have oil & gas project experience across early and execution phases, engineering education, and a proactive, forward-looking mindset to improve processes and information management.

Qualifications

• Engineering degree or equivalent with oil and gas or related disciplines.
• Experience across early phase and execution phases of oil & gas projects.
• Multidisciplinary understanding, preferably subsea.

Responsibilities

• Simplify and standardize project documentation.
• Set up PIMS systems and routines for the projects.
• Define design basis and functional requirements for the projects.
• Structure and organize PIMS for the projects (e.g., interface, technical queries).
• Coordinate multidisciplinary topics (interface, risk, technical queries).
• Support management reviews and other assurance activities.
• Establish and maintain well-structured information management and planning boards.
