Job summary

Izomax is seeking a Project Controller to join our Finance team in Stavanger, Norway. You will work with Project Managers, Operations and Sales to provide financial insight, commercial support, and accurate project reporting throughout the lifecycle.

Ideal candidates have MSc or BSc in Finance/Economics and relevant project control experience, with strong communication skills to collaborate across diverse teams.

Responsibilities

• Project controlling, including cost, revenue, hours, cash flow, contracts, invoicing and VOR tracking.
• Budgets and forecasts, including variance analysis.
• Support Project Managers with commercial follow-up, including VORs, invoicing and client meetings.
• Identify and manage commercial and contractual risk.
• Prepare project and management reports with KPIs.
• Contribute to improvement of project reporting and financial processes.

We are looking for a motivated Project Controller to join our Finance team. In this role, you will work closely with Project Managers, Operations and Sales to provide financial insight, commercial support, and accurate project reporting throughout the project lifecycle. If you have a proactive mindset, structured approach, and have a keen ability to learn and improve systems and processes, then you’re exactly who we’re seeking!

Key Responsibilities

Project controlling, including cost, revenue, hours, cash flow, contracts, invoicing and VOR tracking

Project budgets and forecasts, including variance analysis

Support Project Managers with commercial follow-up, including VORs, invoicing and client meetings when required

Assist in identifying and managing commercial and contractual risk

Prepare project and management reports, including selected KPIs

Contribute to the continuous improvement of project reporting, financial processes, and digital tools
