Role: Program Director

Location: Oslo, Norway

We’re searching for a capable Program Director with a strong technical background to join our team and drive seamless deliverables. If you have a passion on and the expertise to shape high-impact projects, we’d love to connect with you!

Qualifications & Experience:

• 20+ years of experience in IT and digital transformation, including at least 5 years in AI/ML program leadership with cloud-based GPU infrastructure.
• Direct exposure to Norwegian telecom, critical digital infrastructure, or other regulated environments.
• Strong understanding of ECOM, GDPR, and the EU AI Act, especially in the context of AI systems using cloud-based GPU acceleration.
• Demonstrated success managing complex, enterprise-scale programs involving cloud-native AI platforms, GPU workload orchestration, and enterprise data integration.
• Experience implementing MLOps frameworks, AI governance, and explainability protocols in live production environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design and delivery of the AI Factory with a strong emphasis on integrating NVIDIA GPUaaS for scalable MLOps, model deployment, and data-driven innovation.
• Convert the strategic vision into actionable, long-term roadmaps aligned with business goals, performance targets, and regulatory frameworks.
• Ensure all activities meet Norwegian ECOM, GDPR, and internal data ethics requirements, especially for sensitive data processed on GPUaaS platforms.
• Act as the primary interface between Customer, TCS, and senior stakeholders—communicating the strategic impact and progress of the AI Factory.
• Lead cross-functional teams across Norway and other regions, ensuring effective collaboration, knowledge sharing, and high-quality delivery.
• Oversee budget and resource planning, including GPUaaS consumption management and deployment of skilled AI and GPU platform engineers.

Desirable Skills

• Understanding of AI Factory tools like Nvidia components, RUN.AI, MLflow, Feature Stores, and CI/CD pipelines for ML.
• Familiarity with TMForum Open APIs, microservices architecture, and real-time data pipeline design.
• Relevant certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, or SAFe Program Management.
• Knowledge of Nordic business culture and working practices.
