Product Designer – Discovery & Delivery Oslo, Arendal, or Sofia

Role Responsibilities
As part of a product trio, you will drive and design product experiences that lead to measurable outcomes, user adoption, and business impact through continuous discovery. You will collaborate closely with product, engineering, and go-to-market teams, contributing strategically and tactically to product development.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design accessible, scalable user experiences; translate requirements into wireframes and prototypes; contribute to the design system; collaborate with engineering for implementation.
- Participate in discovery activities, including design sprints, user research, and testing; analyze data to inform design decisions; evaluate impact post-implementation.
- Work within a cross-functional team, facilitate workshops, and communicate design rationale effectively.
- Lead design efforts in specific product areas, align design with business strategies, and improve processes continuously.
Working Model
- Operate within an empowered, cross-functional team in a triad with product managers and tech leads.
- Collaborate across discovery and delivery without hand-offs, sharing responsibility for outcomes.

Success Metrics
- Hypotheses validated through design, reduced rework, consistent design system contributions, stakeholder feedback.
Must-Haves
- 3+ years in product design, UX/UI, or interaction design in SaaS (B2B)
- Strong discovery and delivery skills; proficiency in Figma and other tools; analytical mindset; excellent communication skills.
Nice-to-Haves
- Experience with complex workflows, AI/ML systems, accessibility standards, and empowered product teams.
Location
Based in Norway (Oslo or Arendal) or Sofia, Bulgaria, with 2-3 days/week in the office.
