We are currently seeking a high-performing individual for the position of Product Data Controller. This entry-level role is based in Gdynia, within the Product Support Services team. The Product Data Controller is responsible for maintaining accurate product information across ERP, PLM, and CRM systems.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Creating, updating, and correcting product structures and configurations in ERP and PLM systems.
  • Ensuring data quality by maintaining accuracy, consistency, and completeness.
  • Resolving discrepancies between various systems.
  • Responding to shared mailboxes.
  • Participating in process improvements.

Qualifications and experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree, preferably in mechanical engineering, data administration, or related fields.
  • Fluent in spoken and written English.
  • Ability to follow company rules and procedures.
  • Experience with ERP, PLM, or CRM systems is advantageous.
  • Basic knowledge of databases and programming languages is a plus.
