Job summary

Krush Tech AS seeks a Buyer to ensure production has the right materials at the right time. You will manage MRP requirements, purchase orders, and supplier follow-ups, coordinating with Production, Warehouse, Engineering, and suppliers.

You will monitor deliveries and lead times, manage supplier agreements, and help improve material planning processes in a growing company with global ambitions. Hybrid or remote work options are offered.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in purchasing, procurement, supply chain, logistics, or material planning.
• Strong Excel skills and experience with ERP/MRP systems.
• Good Norwegian and English communication skills.
• A practical and commercial mindset.
• Experience from manufacturing or industrial environments is an advantage, but not a requirement.

Responsibilities

• Process MRP requirements and create and follow up on purchase orders.
• Ensure material availability according to production needs.
• Follow up with suppliers on deliveries, prices, and lead times.
• Identify and resolve risks related to material shortages or delays.
• Communicate with both Norwegian and international suppliers.
• Manage supplier agreements, pricing agreements, and renewals.
• Work closely with Production and Warehouse to align priorities.
• Contribute to improving purchasing and material planning processes.
