NDA Company is seeking a Supply Chain & Procurement Specialist to join our growing team in Oslo. This hands-on role covers purchasing, material planning, MRP, and supplier follow-up to ensure right materials are available when needed.

You will collaborate with production, warehouse, engineering and suppliers, owning tasks and delivering practical solutions. You will thrive on moving things forward, balancing strategic thinking with attention to detail, and communicating effectively in

Qualifications

  • Experience in procurement, purchasing, supply chain or material planning.
  • Experience with ERP/MRP systems.
  • Understanding of production and material flows.
  • Commercial awareness and supplier communication.
  • Ability to work independently and take ownership.
  • Good communication in Norwegian and English.

Responsibilities

  • Manage MRP proposals, material requirements and purchasing needs
  • Create, place and follow up purchase orders
  • Ensure timely material availability for production
  • Monitor deliveries, lead times and supplier performance
  • Follow up on delays, deviations and shortages
  • Communicate and negotiate with suppliers
  • Work closely with production, warehouse and engineering
  • Identify supply risks and take action before they impact production
  • Maintain accurate purchasing and material data in ERP/MRP systems
  • Contribute to improving our procurement and supply chain processes

Job description

We are looking for a Supply Chain & Procurement Specialist to join our growing team.

This is a hands‑on role with responsibility for purchasing, material planning, MRP and supplier follow‑up. You will work closely with production, warehouse, engineering and suppliers to make sure the right materials are available at the right time.

We are looking for someone who enjoys taking ownership, solving practical problems and keeping things moving — someone who is comfortable working both strategically and in the details.

Your responsibilities
