reTyre is building the world’s first sustainable tire factory in Ski, near Oslo, and seeks a hands-on Process Engineer with management skills to lead a shift on the shop floor. You will test and improve production processes, troubleshoot issues, and develop SOPs.

Qualifikationen

• Technical diploma or degree in Mechatronics, Mechanical Engineering, or related field.
• Strong hands-on experience with production machinery and process optimisation.
• Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment.
• Strong English communication skills, both written and spoken.
• Decition making abilities; Team coordination and management experience.

Aufgaben

• Test and validate production processes and machine settings.
• Continuously improve process efficiency and stability.
• Diagnose and resolve process and machine-related issues promptly.
• Create and maintain accurate process documentation and SOPs. Actively work on machines to implement improvements and ensure optimal performance.
• Work closely with Manufacturing Engineers, Quality Engineers, and R&D teams to support industrialization and quality initiatives.
• Be the responsible leader on the shift.
