reTyre is seeking a hands-on Process Engineer with management skills to join our manufacturing team at Ski, just outside Oslo. You will ensure efficient production, test and improve processes, troubleshoot issues, and lead a shift of Operators in Production on a rotating 3-shift schedule.

The role emphasizes on-site leadership, process documentation, and collaboration with R&D and quality teams in a pioneering sustainable tire factory environment.

Competenze

• Technical diploma or degree in Mechatronics, Mechanical Engineering, or related field.
• Strong hands-on experience with production machinery and process optimization.
• Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment.
• Familiarity with lean manufacturing principles is a plus.
• Proactive and adaptable in a startup environment.
• Strong English communication skills, both written and spoken.
• Decision making abilities. Team coordination and management experience.

Mansioni

• Test and validate production processes and machine settings.
• Continuously improve process efficiency and stability.
• Diagnose and resolve process and machine-related issues promptly.
• Create and maintain accurate process documentation and SOPs. Actively work on machines to implement improvements and ensure optimal performance.
• Work closely with Manufacturing Engineers, Quality Engineers, and R&D teams to support industrialization and quality initiatives.
• Be the responsible leader on the shift.
