The Estée Lauder Companies Inc. in Trondheim is seeking a part-time make-up artist to deliver inspiring, personalized in-store experiences. You will guide customers through the brand’s offerings, select products to suit their needs, and contribute to a high-performing team.

The role supports events, merchandising, and customer satisfaction to drive sales. Working as part of the MAC counter at Kicks Trondheim, you will join a strong retail team with flexible hours including weekends and events.

Qualifications

• Qualification in make-up artistry or prior retail make-up experience.
• Experience in cosmetics retail is preferred.
• Make-up certificates are a plus.

Responsabilités

• Reach individual sales targets.
• Provide exceptional customer experiences by recommending products.
• Own the counter: keep it tidy, restock, and maintain brand visuals.
