Estée Lauder Companies in Sandvika (Oslo region) seeks a Make-up Artist to join our MAC on‑call team. You will deliver authentic, personalized in‑store experiences, guide customers through the brand's offerings, and help create a welcoming environment that inspires confidence and loyalty.

You will collaborate with a high‑performing team, participate in in‑store events, and maintain visual merchandising standards while adapting to flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• Experience in makeup artistry or retail makeup.
• Retail cosmetics experience preferred.
• Make-up certificates are a plus.
• Proficient in Scandinavian language and English, both written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Provide authentic, personalized customer experiences by recommending products based on customer needs.
• Guide customers through the brand’s offerings and advise on suitable products.
• Keep the counter tidy, restock, and ensure visual merchandising aligns with brand guidelines.
• Collaborate with colleagues and manager to support in-store events and sales goals.
• Administer cashiering and help drive customer loyalty and sales impact.
