Job summary

Estée Lauder Companies in Trondheim is seeking a passionate Make-up Artist to join the MAC counter at Kicks. You will deliver personalized in-store experiences by matching products to customer needs and educating them about the brand.

You will collaborate with a high-performing team, participate in in-store events, maintain counter visual merchandising, and manage cashiering to ensure customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Formal qualification in make-up artistry or proven retail makeup experience.
• Experience in cosmetic retail preferred.
• Proficient in English and a Scandinavian language (spoken/written).
• Ability to work retail hours including weekends and events.
• Able to work independently and in a team.

Responsibilities

• Guide customers through brand offerings and advise products.
• Provide personalized in-store experiences and product education.
• Maintain counter cleanliness and restock as needed.
• Ensure visual merchandising aligns with brand guidelines.
• Support in-store events and assist colleagues during busy periods.
• Handle cashiering and deliver excellent customer satisfaction.
