Job summary

Concentrix is seeking a Travel Advisor to assist premium airline customers (SAS with Norwegian). You will be the first contact for inquiries, help purchase tickets with various payment methods, and support customers facing travel issues.

You will also assist passengers via calls and chat from our Warsaw office. The role requires fluent Norwegian (C1) and English (B2), a collaborative mindset, strong communication, and sharp attention to detail.
