Job summary

SAS is seeking a Travel Advisor for its Nordic Premium Airline offering Norwegian language support. You will be the first point of contact for premium travel inquiries, assist in ticket purchases, and help customers resolve travel difficulties, via calls and chat.

The role requires fluency in Norwegian and English and a strong customer-service mindset. You will be based in our Warsaw office, joining a diverse international team, and will receive a two-month fully paid training program with

• Fluent in written and spoken Norwegian (C1 level) and English (B2 level).
• Naturally helpful and collaborative spirit.

Responsibilities

• Be the 1st point of contact for premium travel inquiries of customers.
