Job summary

NordicEPOD, part of CTS Group, designs and manufactures modular, prefabricated electrical power units (EPODs) and seeks a Sales Engineer to bridge customers and engineering teams in the Nordic region.

You will translate customer power needs into EPOD configurations, own the technical side of the sales cycle, and support project handover to production. Fluent English required; local candidate near Kristiansand preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field with strong electrical competence.
• 5+ years in technical sales or applications engineering in electrical power, UPS, or data centre infra.
• Proven track record owning technical proposals and contributing to orders.

Responsibilities

• Qualify opportunities and understand customer power requirements.
• Configure EPOD solutions with engineering teams (electrical, mechanical, HV).
• Develop technical proposals with diagrams, layouts and scope boundaries.
• Prepare quotations, bills of quantities, and lead tender responses.
• Manage customer relationships; maintain CRM data and forecast pipeline.
• Handover won orders to Project Management and Production; support site teams as needed.
• Provide market feedback to Engineering and represent NordicEPOD at events.
