• PhD in a relevant field or equivalent doctoral degree
• Good command of Norwegian, Danish or Swedish, and English language skills

Responsibilities

• Participate in the research community as part of MultiNor at Tromsø
• Affiliation with NAMED Work Package 2 and related research activities
• Conduct interviews with Kven/Norwegian-Finnish students and guardians
• Explore themes related to discrimination, recognition, and reconciliation in schools
• Contribute to a project description, methodology and work plan
