University of Agder in Grimstad invites applications for a three-year Post-doctoral Research Fellow in cybersecurity for Electric Smart Grid. The role is 100% fixed-term, located on campus at Grimstad, with a starting date as soon as possible or by agreement.

Qualifications

• PhD in engineering, sciences, computer or control systems engineering or related field.
• Simulation and modeling for industrial systems.
• Written and spoken English proficiency; NOKUT proof for non-exempt international candidates.
• Technical expertise in CPS security with strong programming in Python, MATLAB and/or C/C++.

Responsibilities

• Post-doctoral research focus on information and CPS security in the energy sector.
• Develop robust cyber-defense solutions using monitoring and HIL testbeds.
• Collaborate with the electricity grid operator and UiA for research activities.
