Job summary

YMCA of Kokomo is seeking staff to support the Play and Learn program for children aged 6 weeks to 12 years. Staff will provide care for children up to two hours in the morning and two hours in the afternoon for parents who are in the facility, creating a nurturing environment of warmth and friendliness and guiding children through a variety of safe playtime activities.

This role reports to the Youth and Family Coordinator, who reports to the Director of Community Development and Youth Programs.

Position Summary

This position supports the work of the Y, a leading nonprofit committed to strengthening community through youth development, healthy living and social responsibility. Play and Learn is a member benefit for children 6 weeks to 12 years of age. Staff will provide care for children up to two hours in the morning and two hours in the afternoon for parents that are in the facility.
