Responsibilities
As our new People Partner based in Oslo, you will be the cornerstone of our HR operations. Reporting to the VP of People & IT, you'll support our global teams by managing everything from HR systems and payroll to fostering our unique culture and driving key people initiatives.
- Own and manage day-to-day HR operations, managing the HR inbox and ensuring timely, professional handling of employee inquiries and requests
- Coordinate payroll processes and act as the main point of contact for employee inquiries across our global offices
- Drive and support recruitment efforts to attract and hire top talent for our teams
- Utilize people data to analyze organizational health, generate insights, and propose improvements
- Support, develop, and implement Learning & Development (L&D) programs and other cyclical people initiatives
- Maintain and update HR documentation, including employment contracts, personnel handbook, policies, and routines, as well as processes for onboarding, offboarding, sick leave, and holidays
- Support and follow up on absence and sick leave in line with Norwegian regulations
- Support HR frameworks such as the annual review process and other cyclical people programs
- Be a trusted partner for employees and managers, contributing to a great employee experience
Requirements
- 5+ years in HR operations
- Degree in HR, admin, or psychology
- Experience managing an HRIS/HR system (e.g., Huma)
- Full recruitment lifecycle management (from ads to onboarding)
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion
- Experience within a global company structure
- Physically based in and able to work from our Oslo office
- Solid knowledge of Norwegian labor law and HR best practices
- Excellent communication in both Norwegian and English
