Job summary

Seaonics AS is seeking a Planning Manager to lead and develop the planning function with hands-on Primavera expertise. You will own schedules, drive cross-functional coordination, and continually improve planning tools and processes across projects.

Ideal candidates have Primavera experience, ERP/Jira/Power BI exposure, and a background in project-driven environments. The role offers an international team, flexible hours, and a strong focus on development.

Qualifications

• Experience in project planning, execution, operations, or similar project-driven environment.
• Experience with Primavera or comparable planning tools is advantageous; strong Primavera competence is valued.
• Experience with ERP systems, Jira, Power BI, digitalization or process improvement is valuable.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the Planning, Systems & Methods team and prioritize its activities.
• Develop, maintain and follow up project schedules using Primavera.
• Prepare Level 1 schedules during tender and early project phases in cooperation with Sales and stakeholders.
• Own and continuously improve Primavera as the organization’s planning and coordination tool.
• Monitor project progress, critical paths, capacity and schedule risks for alignment with forecasts.
• Contribute to SAP, Jira, Power BI and other systems to support workflows and reporting.
• Develop and improve planning methods, processes and templates across projects and functions.
