Job summary

Toptemp AS seeks a Planner for a major Northern Norway construction project. You will develop and maintain schedules, monitor progress, and coordinate with project managers, engineers, and stakeholders to ensure on-time delivery.

The role offers flexible schedules (weekly commuting or extended rotations), accommodation and travel arrangements, and a dynamic, international project environment.

Qualifications

• 1-5 years of experience in project planning, scheduling, or project controls in construction or related industries.
• Fluent English written and spoken.
• Experience with planning tools such as Primavera P6 or MS Project is a plus.
• Flexible work schedules and willingness to weekly commute / long rotations.
• Education in engineering, construction management, or project management is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Project Scheduling: Develop, maintain, and update project schedules and milestones.
• Progress Monitoring: Track progress and identify delays or bottlenecks.
• Coordination: Align activities with project managers, engineers, supervisors, and stakeholders.
• Reporting: Prepare schedule updates and progress reports for clear visibility.
• Planning & Risk Support: Identify schedule risks and support forecasting and continuous improvement.
