Integreat – Norwegian Centre for Knowledge-driven Machine Learning at UiO invites applications for a PhD Research Fellow in Machine Learning and Statistics. The fellowship is three years, with a possible fourth year for teaching or research assistance.

Starting no later than 31 January 2027, in Oslo, Norway. The successful candidate will develop deep learning based synthetic data methods, study privacy and fairness, and work across ML, statistics, and ethics with mentoring and career development

Qualifications

• Experience with deep learning models.
