Are you motivated to pursue a doctorate and explore exciting career opportunities? As a PhD Candidate, you will work towards your doctorate while gaining valuable research experience. Your project will focus on leveraging, analyzing, and exploiting wearable computing systems for harsh deployment conditions via code optimization and simulation technologies. You will join an international research team addressing current challenges and advancing the state-of-the-art.
You will engage in discussions with your supervision team, research group, and other departments.
Your immediate supervisor will be the Head of the Computing Group.
Be prepared for potential changes in your work duties.
Additional preferred experience includes MLIR/LLVM frameworks, approximate computing, heterogeneity-aware code acceleration, open-source contributions, and independent research skills.

The gross salary is approximately NOK 536,200 per annum, with a 2% pension contribution. The employment is for 3 years, contingent on admission to the PhD program and external funding.
