Job summary

JV Pharma in Norway is seeking a motivated Product Specialist to support growth of our product portfolio. You will bridge suppliers, internal teams, and customers, ensuring products are introduced, managed, and promoted in line with market demand.

You will deliver product knowledge and training to sales teams and clients, conduct market research, monitor performance, and contribute to campaigns while ensuring compliance with regulations.

Qualifications

• Certificate or Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, Business, or a related field.
• Previous experience in product management, sales, or marketing (healthcare/pharmaceutical industry preferred).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in MS Office and comfortable with data analysis tools.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a cross-functional team.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary point of contact for suppliers and internal stakeholders regarding product-related matters.
• Provide technical expertise and product training to sales teams and clients.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify new opportunities and trends.
• Monitor product performance and develop strategies to maximise market share.
• Collaborate with marketing and sales to develop campaigns and strategies for product promotion.
